The Computing Foundation Layer is the cornerstone of the entire industrial AI infrastructure, with KHB fully responsible for construction and operations. Specifically: procurement and deployment of GPU/CPU server clusters, data center facilities and network construction, computing scheduling platform development and maintenance, AI engineering toolchain setup, base large model training and optimization, and underlying technology R&D and iteration. Simply put, all foundational, general-purpose, capital-intensive, and technology-intensive work is handled by KHB.

Partners don't need to worry about low-level technical details, invest heavily in server purchases, or recruit and manage complex AI technical teams. Just focus on what you do best—industry knowledge and business scenarios—and leave computing and technology to KHB. This greatly lowers the barrier to entry for partners, allowing industry enterprises to quickly enter industrial AI with an asset-light approach.

KHB is fully responsible for the construction, operation, and technical iteration of the computing foundation. Partners do not participate in day-to-day operations.

Computing usage fees are charged at preferential rates, and technology licensing fees are based on revenue sharing—specific ratios determined by Collaboration depth.

The Knowledge Co-Build Layer is the core value layer of industrial AI, and also the main battlefield where industry partners leverage their strengths. At this layer, partners lead the organization of industry knowledge, data curation, and expert participation, while KHB provides AI technical support and engineering capabilities. Both parties work together to transform industry knowledge into digital, structured, and modeled knowledge assets.

Specific work includes: inventory and cleaning of industry data, construction and maintenance of knowledge graphs, establishment and operation of expert annotation systems, fine-tuning and optimization of industry large models, requirements definition and product design for industry applications, etc. Partners are responsible for providing data, providing experts, defining requirements, and controlling quality; KHB is responsible for technical implementation, engineering delivery, and performance optimization. Both sides work closely together to build knowledge assets with industry barriers.

Therefore, the Knowledge Co-Build Layer must be led by partners to ensure correct direction, professional content, and alignment with industry reality. KHB's role is a technology enabler, not an industry instructor. We humbly learn from industry experts and use AI technology to help them deposit, pass on, and amplify the value of their knowledge.

This arrangement has another important benefit: it gives partners control over core assets. Industry knowledge is a partner's core competitiveness. Through knowledge co-building, this knowledge is digitized and modeled, but control remains in the partners' hands. No need to worry about being "held hostage" by the technology provider, or about losing core knowledge assets. With clear property rights, Collaboration can last.

The Standard Co-Development Layer is the critical leap from "having" to "excellence" in industrial AI. Once the computing foundation and industry knowledge are in place, the next step is to establish industry standards and promote the standardized development of the entire industry. This is not something any single party can accomplish alone—it requires close Collaboration between both parties, plus joint efforts with industry associations, research institutions, regulatory authorities, and peer enterprises.

Specific work includes: research and formulation of industry AI service standards, establishment of AI quality assessment systems, design and implementation of compliance frameworks, writing and publication of industry white papers, initiation and operation of industry alliances, and policy recommendations and promotion. KHB is responsible for technical standards; partners are responsible for industry business aspects. Both parties jointly promote the development and promotion of standards.

Many people may ask: what's the use of setting standards? They can't directly pay the bills. In fact, the value of standards is enormous—and long-term and strategic. First, standards reflect industry discourse power—whoever sets the standards holds the industry's "rules of the game" and gains the initiative in competition. Second, standards are the foundation of ecosystem building—with unified standards, more participants can be attracted to join the ecosystem, creating network effects. Third, standards are trust endorsements—products and services that meet standards are more likely to gain customer trust, reducing sales costs. Fourth, standards are a moat—first-mover enterprises can build higher competitive barriers by setting standards, making it harder for latecomers to catch up.

做什么

The Industrial Services Layer is where value is monetized and where the ultimate value of industrial AI is realized. The first three layers are all investment and construction; at this layer, we start seeing output and revenue. The work of the Industrial Services Layer is to provide various AI products and services to industry-wide customers based on the three foundations of computing, industry knowledge, and industry standards—realizing commercial value.

Specifically includes: development and sales of SaaS products, customization and delivery of industry solutions, API interface services, AI consulting services, training and education services, industrial investment and incubation, etc. On the sales channel side, we fully leverage partners' industry channels and customer resources while expanding new channels and customers. On the operations side, both parties form a joint operations team responsible for product operations, customer service, marketing, and more.

Commercialization Path

Commercialization of the Industrial Services Layer happens in stages. Phase one is internal validation—first using AI services in partners' own businesses to verify value and refine products. Phase two is benchmark customers—selecting leading industry customers as benchmark cases to build industry reputation. Phase three is scaled promotion—promoting products and services industry-wide through channel networks and ecosystem partners. Phase four is ecosystem development—moving from providing products and services to building an industrial ecosystem, achieving exponential value growth.

Throughout the commercialization process, we adhere to the principle of "value first, long-termism." We don't chase quick money or one-off deals—we truly create value for customers and grow with them. Only when customers succeed can we succeed. Only when the industry develops can we develop. While this philosophy may seem slower in the short term, in the long run it's the most stable and sustainable development path.

Different enterprises have different situations and needs. We have designed three Collaboration depth levels: Light, Medium, and Deep. Enterprises can choose the appropriate Collaboration method based on their situation, and can gradually upgrade as Collaboration deepens.

Deep Collaboration: Joint Venture + Standard Co-Development

Suitable for enterprises with long-term ambitions who want to become industry leaders. Jointly fund a joint venture company, bind long-term interests, co-develop industry standards, build an industrial ecosystem, and share long-term capital appreciation.

Investments from Both Sides

KHB contributes computing power, technology, and brand as equity; partners contribute capital, data, channels, and teams as equity. Both parties jointly form an independent joint venture company.

Revenue Model

Enjoy all rights and interests of the joint venture company according to equity ratio, including profit dividends, capital appreciation, exit proceeds, etc. Deep binding and long-term win-win.

Upgrade Mechanism:Collaboration depth is not static. Light Collaboration can upgrade to Medium, and Medium to Deep. As trust deepens and Collaboration results emerge, investments can gradually increase and Collaboration deepen. We encourage starting small, validating quickly, and deepening gradually.
