Turn Your Manufacturing Experience
Into Industry-Wide Standards

Process parameters, Equipment O&M experience, Quality Inspection standards, production management systems accumulated over more than a decade... Previously, these were just your internal assets. Now, they can become "Manufacturing AI Standards" that the entire industry pays to use. KHB provides computing power, technology, and teams; you provide knowledge, experience, and scenarios. Strategic joint venture to build the AI infrastructure for the manufacturing industry.

Five Core Challenges in Manufacturing

The manufacturing industry is at a critical stage of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading. Leading factories hold valuable experience, yet face deep challenges of heavy talent dependency, difficult Equipment O&M, and hard-to-replicate expertise.

🏭

Senior engineers are scarce, with long training cycles and high turnover rates

A mature manufacturing engineer requires at least 5-10 years of training, relying on personal experience and technical accumulation. When senior engineers leave, process parameters and O&M experience are lost, and factories constantly face the risk of talent gaps.

⚙️

Equipment failure prediction is difficult, with huge losses from unplanned downtime

Manufacturing equipment failures often come unexpectedly, with unplanned downtime costing tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of yuan per hour. Manual inspection and experience-based judgment are inefficient and have limited coverage, making early warning and precise maintenance impossible.

🧠

Process parameters and O&M experience are locked in senior engineers' minds

Leading factories have accumulated over a decade of process parameters, equipment debugging experience, and fault diagnosis methods, but they are all scattered in the minds of senior engineers. When employees retire, experience resets to zero, and knowledge assets cannot be institutionalized or capitalized.

🔍

Quality Inspection relies on manual labor, with low efficiency and high miss rates

Traditional quality inspection relies on manual visual inspection and sampling, with low efficiency, high costs, and high miss rates. As product precision requirements continue to rise, manual quality inspection can no longer meet the quality control needs of high-speed production lines.

📊

Lack of Industry Standards, with uneven intelligence levels

The entire manufacturing industry lacks unified AI O&M standards and quality specifications. Small factories seize market share with low prices and low quality, while legitimate leading factories are at a competitive disadvantage due to high intelligence costs.

Core contradiction: Leading manufacturing enterprises have experience, scenarios, and data, but lack AI technical capabilities and computing infrastructure; AI companies have technology and computing power, but lack deep knowledge and implementation scenarios in the manufacturing industry. Both sides fight independently, causing manufacturing AI to remain at a "shallow application" level, unable to truly drive industry transformation.

Four Values, Redefining Industry Influence

Co-building manufacturing AI infrastructure with KHB is not just a technological upgrade, but a strategic positioning. You will upgrade from an "industry participant" to an "industry rule-maker."

01

Define Industry Standards — From Manufacturer to Rule-Maker

Jointly release the Smart Manufacturing AI O&M Standard, and lead the establishment of a manufacturing AI alliance. Your experience is the Industry Standard, your Process is the industry's reference framework. While other factories are still caught in "intelligence involution," you are already defining what "intelligent" means. This is not a simple technological upgrade, but a strategic positioning of industry discourse power. Once standards are established, manufacturing enterprises across the industry will follow the rules you define, and your enterprise will become the industry-recognized benchmark and leader.

02

Monetize Knowledge Assets — Generate Passive Income from Experience

The process parameters, Equipment O&M experience, Quality Inspection standards, and production management systems you've accumulated over more than a decade... These were previously just "internal assets," but now they can become licensable, chargeable, and replicable industry Knowledge Base. Manufacturing enterprises across the industry will pay for your knowledge, and your experience will no longer be lost with personnel turnover, but will continuously generate "passive income." Imagine: hundreds of thousands of manufacturing enterprises nationwide, each using the O&M standards and process parameters you define, with every call generating revenue for you.

03

Self-Capability Leap — Reduce Costs, Increase Efficiency, Strengthen Moat

No need to build your own AI team, no need to invest tens of millions in hardware — directly get the industry's top AI capabilities. Predictive maintenance reduces downtime by 80%, quality inspection efficiency improves 10x, unmanned production, Equipment O&M achieves 24/7 full coverage, and fault response efficiency improves by more than 5x. Your factory will be the first to complete AI upgrading, with significantly reduced operating costs and markedly improved production efficiency, widening the gap with competitors. More importantly, you have "Industry Standard-setting authority" that others don't have, which is a deeper moat than technology.

04

Equity Appreciation Returns — Share Industry Dividends

The Joint Venture company is not a simple cooperation project, but an independent industrial AI platform. As industry penetration increases, the valuation of the joint venture entity will continue to grow. You not only receive annual dividends but also enjoy capital returns from Equity appreciation. Referring to the valuation logic of AI platforms in vertical industries such as law and healthcare, a manufacturing AI platform that holds Industry Standard-setting authority has a far higher valuation ceiling than a single factory. This is an identity leap from "manufacturing operator" to "industrial platform shareholder."

What We Build Together

Not simply "deploying an AI system," but a complete industrial AI infrastructure from Knowledge Base and standards to services. Each component has clear deliverables and value.

Manufacturing AI is a Trillion-Dollar Blue Ocean

China's Smart Manufacturing market continues to grow rapidly, yet AI O&M penetration is less than 2%. The first player to establish Industry Standards will reap the largest market dividends.

How big is the first-mover advantage? In any industry, the first player to set AI standards often captures more than 60% of market share. This is not a difference between "doing it early or late," but between "the one who makes standards" and "the one who uses standards." When the entire industry uses the standards you define, you are the rule-maker of this industrial AI era, and all latecomers must follow your path. The manufacturing industry is currently in the "window period" of AI standardization — whoever strikes first occupies the most advantageous position.

Six Steps to Start Co-Building

From intent submission to co-build launch, the average cycle is 60-90 days. Each step has clear deliverables and milestones, trackable and quantifiable.

01

Intent Submission

Fill out the manufacturing track-specific application form, submitting basic information such as enterprise qualifications, business scale, and Knowledge Base status. The KHB Strategic Cooperation Team will provide preliminary review feedback within 5 business days.

02

Qualification Pre-Review

Evaluate core indicators such as industry position (whether leading), knowledge assets (whether sufficiently accumulated), collaboration willingness (whether determined for deep cooperation), and decision-making efficiency (whether able to move forward quickly).

03

Strategic Talks

In-depth dialogue between senior executives of both parties to clarify core topics such as co-build direction, collaboration tier, Equity framework, and investment division of labor. This is a key step in reaching strategic consensus, typically requiring 1-2 rounds of in-depth exchanges.

04

Joint Project Initiation

Establish a joint preparation team — KHB sends a technical lead, and the manufacturing enterprise sends a business lead — to jointly complete core documents such as project proposal, business plan, Knowledge Base inventory list, and implementation roadmap.

05

Joint Venture Signing

Officially sign legal documents including joint venture agreement, knowledge authorization agreement, standard co-build agreement, and confidentiality agreement. Clarify key terms such as Equity ratio, investment valuation, revenue distribution, and governance structure.

06

Launch Co-Build

The joint venture entity is officially established, launching work on computing deployment, knowledge sorting, model training, and standard drafting. Typically, the first phase of the Knowledge Base goes live within 30 days after signing, and the industry standard white paper is published within 6 months.
